Cinco de Mayo

No one knows what it means, but it sure is a great excuse to throw a party and eat! You wouldn't think that a group of married couples would get so excited about hitting a pinata and eating the candy that comes out- but oh, you haven't been to one of our Cinco de Mayo parties!

On Monday we had about 5 couples over for our little party, complete with tacos, bean dip, mexican horseshoes and a pinata. It was a lot of fun. The pinata was a little hard to hit because of it being shaped like a sombrero, but eventually, after a broken broom handle and sore stomaches from laughing, we were able to get it. Thanks to our friends for all the fun!! This will definitely have to turn into a tradition.
