Just a little bit about Ani at the age of 2:
- 23 lbs
- 35 in tall
- Loves Minney Mouse
- Loves to "nuggle" (snuggle) with mommy and daddy
- Talks about herself in 3rd person all the time
- Knows all her shapes
- Sometimes knows her colors (she is being really off and on with these)
- Counts to 10
- Knows her ABC's A-G
- Can recognize the letter A
- Knows her name, birthday, and how old she is.
- Hums her baby, teddy, and zebra to sleep multiple times a day
- Very OCD about things being in the right place and staying clean
- Takes awesome naps (3-3.5 hrs lately)
- Sleeps great through the night
- Plays with Roxi and loves making her baby ride her like a horsie (she always says "its okay baby, Ani hold your hand)
- Always says please and thankyou and excuse me
- Loves to color and play with stickers
- LOVES to read books and go to the library
- Tea parties are still a favorite
- Isn't the best with playing with friends, but is getting better
- Loves cottage cheese and yogurt and asks for it almost every day
- Recently tells us to do things "right now"
- Doesn't love nursery at the beginning but within about 2 min is completely happy
- Pretends to be shy
- Gives lots of hugs and kisses
- Loves her blankie
- Loves talking on the phone
- Has been saying "just for minute" for everything and I can't get enough of it. I love it!
- Has her daddy wrapped around her finger very tightly
- The cutest little girl you ever did see! :)
First we had a little photoshoot to take pictures of the little girls and their guest they brought with them.
Then while tea was being prepared they played croquet in the garden.
We then had a little tea party where they learned how to be polite, drink their tea, and eat yummy treats. We had cream puffs, cookies, raspberry cream pinwheels, cupcakes, and her main cake. Ani had to taste every one. :) The little girls were so cute and loved having their own little table all decorated and their own treats. Ani thought it was pretty darn special that there was actually something being poured into her cup. That is the first time I've actually let her really drink something when we have "tea parties".
Everyone that came and celebrated this sweetie with us. We were happy that you all could make it!
2 years old. We are still working on the fingers. :) She couldn't get enough of the fire on the candles. My dad lit it three different times just so I could blow them out for her again and again.
We then opened gifts. She was sure spoiled and loved all of her presents. My house is a disaster now because she loves all these new things and carries them from room to room. Toys, books, dolls, ponies, flashcards, clothes, yea she is in heaven! Thank you so much to everyone! We really appreciate all of them!
My sister thought it would be an excellent idea to get her fish. :( Boy did Ani love them! Luckily, two days later, two down and one to go. :)
She is constantly wanting to ride other kids little tricycles or their scooters so we got her her own tricycle for this birthday. She can't quite do it yet, but we have a push thing that attaches on the back like a stroller so we can go on walks with it and she can learn. She loved it!
We had so much fun celebrating this little ladies arrival to our little family. We thank our Heavenly Father daily for her and the sweet spirit she brings into our home. Love her to pieces! Happy Birthday baby girl!

So glad she had a wonderful birthday. Sorry we missed it! You did a great job decorating. She's very lucky to have you as her mom! Happy Birthday Ani!
