Grandma and Grandpa's Happy Days

My parents had another little party this last weekend. It was so much fun. I'm liking this little tradition! This one was titled "Grandma and Grandpa's Happy Days".

They wanted to do a little party to show the grandkids the types of things that they did and games they played when they were growing up. The kids loved it and we loved watching them! Games included pick up sticks, Tiddly Winks (I'm kinda a pro), marbles (wasn't even a competition with him), jacks (mom dominated at), jump roping (Mike won this one), hop scotch, and bubble gum blowing contests. We all played and the overall winners of each game got prizes. We also had tournaments for some of the favorite games. Then the music started and we had a little dance party. Now this was definitely the highlight and where the laughing came in! :)
