New House

Biggest thing that we did this year was buy a house in Utah!! Yay! After looking for what seems like forever, we finally found exactly what we were looking for and closed on Aug 3rd. Best part is that it was a short sale so we got a great deal on the house. Couldn't pass it up. It is on half an acre and it is beautiful! Seriously we couldn't ask for any more... except maybe a fireplace. That is the only thing we would want to change about this house. And we might just do that sometime soon in the future. 3400 sq ft and 3 beds 2 baths. We get to finish the basement just the way we want and we have enough land that Mike can put in his shop that he has always wanted and I can do a garden. We found the diamond in the rough of a ward and neighborhood. Everyone is amazing! We feel so blessed and definitely know this is the place we are meant to be. We can't wait to start creating memories here. We'll be hanging around for a while!
